Gary Rudden is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, who graduated from Walter Johnson High School in 1982 and from the University of Maryland in 1986. Gary is highly experienced and provides Broker Market Expertise, with a strong ability to understand the financial aspects to all of his client’s real estate interests.
Gary was raised in a real estate environment through the family business, Rudden Real Estate, which has been servicing the Washington Metropolitan Community since its inception in 1949. Gary joined the family company, Rudden Real Estate, Inc. in 1985.
With over 30 years in real estate sales, Gary has been recognized as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Top Agent Network, and as a “Top Producer” in the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.
Gary and Lisa, his wife, have worked together as The Rudden Team since 1998 and together have closed over $ 200 million dollars in Sales! In November 2004, Gary and Lisa merged their real estate sales division with colleagues and created Congressional Residential Realty, LLC. In 2011, THE CONGRESSIONAL TEAM was formed and became associated with Re/Max Realty Services and became affiliated with the LARGEST Real Estate Company in The World!
